problems with accessing internet with mikrotik and ADSL

hello all. im new here, and im rather new in using Mikrotik routers, so this question might sound silly to you, but im hoping some of you will know the answer

there is a ADSL model and net connection established. modem is setup in bridge mode, and the guys from the company that did installation setup connection on computers, so now everytime they want to go on internet, they need to dial made connection and that works fine.

but, i have set up the mikrotik 450 for them. and when they put router into whole story, it doesnt work :frowning: i have opened PPPoE client on ether1 interface, entered username and password and router has connect to the modem. on ether2 is private IP address. DCHP server is set, and when connecting through router PC gets private IP from given range. NAT is also set on outgoing interface with masquerade.
now, when they try to go on internet, their computer asking them to connect and they can not. i can access router from different place using IP address and winbox, that part is working so my guess is router is connected how it suppose to connect, but somehow local PC cannot go through router on internet.

im not sure have i post it on right place, or how simple/complicate this is, but im hopping some of you have some idea  thank you all

as far as I understand, users should not connect - simply open a browser and surf =)

yup, that was what i have expected, but it wasnt like that

but the problem is solved. i needed to click allow remote requests and everything started to working fine
