Problems with authorization

Hello!

I’ve changed some settings at my RB951G router and now I have a problem with authorization. I’ve added a new user with full access rules and disabled login admin. Also I’ve disabled ssh, ftp and other services except web and winbox. First logging with new user was successful. After logging out I can’t log in via web or winbox (getting error “wrong login or password”) from different devices. Please, could somebody help how to fix it? RouterBOARD = 6.43.

If you cant remember the correct user name or password combo, and if you are getting the same error both on web and winbox login, i;m affraid that the factory reset is the only option.
