Problems with contracted speed vs Routerboard

Good morning everyone.
I am having a problem in my network.

I have a RouterBOARD 2011UIAS.
In my network I have two separate sub networks vlan by swtich layer 2, with the network being 192.168.10.x the network without bandwidth control, and local network 192.168.20.x as the other subnet for my internal clients hotel with hotspot and bandwidth control for IP.

I contracted with my carrier telecommunications, a speed of 120 MB. In the last days, I began to test the speed contracted and visualized something strange. When I turn the modem from my carrier directly to a single computer, the contracted speed is normal ie (120 mb). Now when I test my speed hired directly connected with the RouterBoard, the speed drops to 30MB. I do not have any bandwidth control on this computer where I’m testing through the RouterBoard.

Some observations -
I do not use fast track activated because this function ends with my control internal band.
My CPU keeps stable between 10-35%
I tested changing the MTU of my WAN interface and the problem continues.

And so far I could not solve this problem.
Does anyone have any tips of what can be.

I’m sorry for my english

What I have noticed, is that you should define VLAN’s on the switch chip, and not on the interface, which will load the processor with VLAN adding and removing tags.

OK, it is not the resolution completely for your problem, but you might consider to do that.

I wrote above that I have two VLANs layer 2 by switch. I have not vlan in my internal interfaces RouterBoard.

I do not get it.

How did you define VLAN’s on your L2 switch, and you did not put VLAn’s in Mikrotik? So where is your trunk connection going to from the switch? To Mikrotik?

How does Mikrotik handle (tagged) VLAN traffic coming from your switch?

My network works so more specifically:

A network cable port (2) of RouterBoard (192.168.10.x) enters the port 2 of my swith. This subnet, all addresses are static. I have no DHCP server on this subnet. In this same switch, I have a VLAN where all computers connected on ports 2 to 20 are part of this network static. The other network cable that is at the port (4) RouterBoard (192.168.20.x), enter the port 24 of the same switch with a new vlan where all computers are connected in their defined ports are part of this new subnet . This subnet (20.x) I have a native DHCP server mikrotik running.

30% CPU seems way too much for 30Mbit speed. Which module is causing it (see Tools-Profile)?
Maybe your ISP is limiting your line when you attach a router, see: https://aacable.wordpress.com/2014/03/07/blocking-client-router-access/

In my topology, the user connects directly to the RouterBoard. I’m not an ISP. Just get access to my internal users to access the pages hotspot authentication.

No one has any hint of what can solve this problem?

Hello guys.

I have just found the solution for low throughput.

Only deactivated the option called (LCD) and everything is back as it was before.

This is a bug seems to me, how do I report it to the developers?

I found this tip in this post here in the forum
