Got a problems with new version of switches

One CSS106-1G-1S currently unable to upgrade, after the upgrade switch starts to loose packes and replys 4 tiems to ping after restart and all. web does not answer, ping does not answer. Same problems was with second CSS106-1G-4P-1S but after few tries it was upgraded and seems to be working, thrid CSS106-1G-4P-1S, with POE, with the same problems…

Also strange issue that after hardware reset to default, older software version. Is it normal situation? Are these new GS260… swithes workable?

I’ve used previously RB260 switches and was satisfied. My 2 CSS106-5G-1S is a 2 piece of shit, really. I have to restart 5 times to get it working, after upgrading to 2.6 I found that one was downgraded, second does not answers at all, only after reset, after that the first has stopped working. Is it normal for CSS106-5G-1S and it is better to forget this series or I just got the defective units?
