Hi, for a long time and at alternating stages I have this problem.
When an EoIP terminated on my CCR goes down, for some reason the RB goes mad by sending the processor to very high use rates and therefore starts throwing down customers certified through PPPoE on the same. At this point or wait a few minutes (even 20) for RB to calm down and users authenticate again or how often we restart the RB in order to speed up the process.
To refute what was said earlier, I accidentally disabled some EOIPs present on the RB and this triggered the described problem.
The configuration I have is this:
- RB CCR 72 core with firmware 6.37 Bug Fix As a concentrator for EoIP
- EoIPs range from BS to CCR 72
- In the Bridge I put all the EoIPs and nothing else
- PPPoE server listening to the bridge
- User Authentication with External Radius
As I said, the thing has been lurking for a long time with stages where it happens with little frequency but in others (NOW) which is practically a multi-day event.
