We are having problems with login page appearing for clients on hotspot.
Have units doing the same thing. Basically clients are not getting the login page when the are in the hotspot.
We reboot the units and then everything works and the client see the login page.
This was happening every 2 to 4 weeks in the past, but in the last weeks, it is happening almost every day and multiple times a day on all devices.
They have been working well for many years before the recent problems.
Do not see any attacks in the logs and the resources look good..
One unit is an old 450G with routerOS 2.9.X (yes know it is old but has always been faithfully working until know)
Another unit is 450g with 4.6 and last one is RB750G with 5.6.
All have the same configuration, Hotspot profile: Login by chap/pap/cookie, using Radius for authentication and accounting. For user profile, standard settings, no session timeout, 9 hour keep alive, shared users 1 and transparent proxy is off.
Any body else run into this kind of issues?
Ready to swap out units for new ones, but since occurring on multiple devices and models do not think that would solve the problem.
