Hi Normis,
We found the solution with bad trhuput in the VPN conections. It was in the BGP router side.
When we removed the MT router and put in a JP2320 then the problem was gone.
So it must be related to the BGP . we have 30 Psc of MT routers that are working well now. and the Speed is up again in the VPN tunnels 
, But my tech was kickt out from this forum becours he used bad language i think, he was suposed to type in the solution that we found…
but he was not able to to that anymore…
