Problems with NAT

I am a newbie with routeros and have inherited a device. I am trying to set up a simple NAT - one for RDP and one for a custom application. I would like to think that if I can get the RDP to work I can figure out the other.

I have masked the actual public IPs for this - 1.2.3.4 is the primary Public IP for this device. 1.2.3.6 is a secondary Public. 4.3.2.1 is my public to only allow the RDP from my network.

I cannot figure out why this is not working and would appreciate any help.

Never mind. Found that device I was trying to NAT was behind an additional firewall on network.
