I am having problems with pppoe users connect get ip from navigation gateway and dns ai it works normal from nothing the user stops navigating with time there I go there change the user of it in rb and it navigates again someone already gone through it? It started happening around 4 days ago. Everything worked correctly. My vs is bugfix 6.37.4 already tried everything and does not solve this problem

Can you Ping then?
Can they Ping your Router?
