Problems with RB411U

Just got a RB411U from my dealer, but from the start it has been funny.
The orange led on the ethernet port does not light up?
It did start up and i used Winbox to remove the standard config and only added a DHCP client.
Did a upgrade to 3.30 and rebootet it, then added a metarouter but then i got disconnected!

Try’d a reset but got this:

MikroTik 3.30
MikroTik Login: admin
could not receive confirmation to CTRL_READY from loader

died with signal 6 on Fri Jan 2 00:03:34 1970

Also Netinstall does not work… Maybe the ethernet is the fail?
Can’t login via the console and when i try it is really slow!

Any thoughts?
Also i use RouterBoot 2.20

After hitting it with a hammer for 4 hours, i got netinstall working! the 3.30 version did not work! so gave 4.1 a try… it work’d \o/
But still problems with the ethernet light.

RB411U has little different ethernet from the other RB411 so on 100mbps link it will show you green solid light and on the activity it will blink the green led.
So you don’t need to worry about it.

So only one LED works (the one on the left)? is this hardware or software made?

Orange LED works the same way as green one, but for 10Mpbs links.
