I have som WDS links that doesnt work like the sould.
The suddenly disconnect and reconnect. Others on the same interface is ok.
From logging, it seems like there’s no SSID on client, but there is..
Any idea?

Looks like a weak signal or noise, but it is hard to tell with just the log. Take a look at
/interface wireless registration-table
on the AP and the station. Check signal strengths. If you have questions about the entries, post them.

On Client:
Signal Strength: -74
TX Signal strength: -72
Signal to Noise: 23dB
TX/RX CCQ: 80-100 / 80-100 mostly over 90%
On AP:
Signal Strength: -70
TX Signal Strength: -73
Signal To Noise: 33dB
TX/RX CCQ: 80-100 / 80-100 mostly over 90%
There are two WDS links on that AP. Both disconnect, but not at the same time. Is it better to make a virtual AP?

AP: RB 600, ROS: 4.6
Client: RB 532A, ROS: 4.6
After that, it could be a few things. You have two stations on that ap using wds? The ap radio is set to “mode=ap-bridge”, and not just “mode=bridge”, correct?
EDIT: I haven’t used wds and normal connections on the same radio. Maybe someone will come along that has.

Mode is “AP-Bridge” There are 8 registered clients on that interface. (two with WDS that are disconnecting) The others have been up fpr a long time

From the log it seems like it is checking connect list, and then the one with strongest signal. Why not just SSID?

I’ve found this solution: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/wds-disconnects/26589/1
One one of them it alreade was set to AP-Client, so i put it to Client. On the other it was none, so i put it to AP-Client.
Hope that helps..
