I am having problems recently with winbox.
When i login with IP 192.168.88.1, I get a message to Remove Configuration.
after I remove configuration the router disconnects and the IP goes 0.0.0.0.
When I login with mac id the winbox responds like a SNAIL.
how do I resolve it…

when you remove default configuration,router ip address delete.
you can only connect to router with mac address.you must choice mac address in win box searching windows.
Ive had this happen to me before. After you delete your default config on your mikrotik and it reboots, some NIC adapters take a long time to resolve and IP though windows. If you want to avoid this down time just set your windows machine to a static IP and login to the MTRB with the mac.
the problem is that if i login thru mac the configuration takes long.
That’s fairly normal. Use an IP when possible.
