winbox disconnect every 30 sec and i can’t see anything only interface menu,but with telnet session i haven’t problems.
but when i digit file license appear only software id and level license(=4) and doesn’t appear the key…do i need the key?
and also i don’t the files about ip telephony …where can i find these?
how can i install these?

First of all, try to connect winbox via IP ADDRESS instead of MAC. I think it will solve your first issue.
For IP telephony, You need to download package and have to install in MT OS
uncheck Secure Mode option when connecting to router
