I want to build a small p2mp wireless network in a rural area, where the longest distance is about 1km and there are some trees and top of houses between the two poles that would be points. I plan to buy a sector antenna (mantbox 19s?) and already have a few sxtsq5 CPEs laying around. I wonder how well these fare in a near/no line of sight situation. I’d appreciate if someone could tell me whether it’s impossible before I attempt an install.
