Has anyone else had an issue with supply?

Hi,

First post and a question for any of the MiktoTik staff.

I’ve had about 50+ RB951-2n units on back-order since he beginning of March. The supplier we are using in New Zealand has told us that they are being told manufacturing has slowed due to component shortages and cannot get delivery dates for equipment.

This is quite a difficult situation to be in, we use several hundred devices a month with the intention of growing this to more in the not too distant future. Without a steady supply, we can’t confirm delivery dates to customers, and we loose business.

Can MikroTik confirm that production will be stable in the not too distant future, or are we stuck in limbo having to find another device to replace the RB?

RB951-2n sales exceeded our production planning recently and we will increase supply to avoid this problem in the future. The RB951-2n is shipping from our warehouse to resellers this week.
