i’m wanna make an custom OS for mikrotik boards , i need to know the way ?!!
i don’t want to write it from base , i want to use most routeros features but make some change on them
how can i do that ? should i use linux kernel ? or openWrt or what ??

You are right. That is the real situation.
I would start with openwrt because it was already compiled for routerboards and you can get source codes and make your own changes.
What exactly you want to achieve and why?

Unfortunately using Mikrotik devices is going to be prohibited in my country for unknown reason. they prefer to use Cisco , Juniper or …
we are using thousands of Mikrotik devices in Iran , Wireless Devices , Core Routers , Firewall and etc.. and we find it handy

Not possible. Most of the things that make RouterOS what it is are not open-source. You can’t just change them. If you start from a base of OpenWRT, you are going to have to spend a LOT of time re-implementing stuff. This really isn’t practical or feasible.
You can change the MAC addresses of virtually any interface, including ethernet and wireless:
/interface ethernet set mac-address=00:11:22:AA:BB:CC
MAC Winbox can be easily blocked:
/tool mac-server mac-winbox disable [find]
Regular Winbox and the web interface can both be easily disabled:
/ip service disable www,www-ssl,winbox
You can then create a custom web interface using the RouterOS APIs, documented here:
Your web front-end cannot be stored on the device itself, unless you use some kind of virtualization (MetaROUTER or KVM, depending on board type, and MetaROUTER is not supported on all RouterBoards models). Plus, anybody who uses SSH to connect to the board will easily be able to see what it is. So this seems like kind of a futile exercise to me.

i want to use brandy maker to customize WebFig page but this feature is available just for distributors
also it’s difficult to write a custom software like winbox for entire RouterOs features !

It is not possible to hide RouterOS. The branding maker is to advertise reseller name. It is not to hide who makes RouterOS.

You keep saying this, but you never explain it. Can you please go into more detail on what restrictions prevent you from using MikroTik? If it is because it is not certified for something, I don’t see how you can get past that by “hiding” what is really running on your routers, because a modified RouterOS is not going to be any more “certified” than the real thing. The real answer in that situation is to try to help MikroTik staff understand where RouterOS needs to be improved in order to pass certification in your country.
If it is because your country’s government has something specifically against MikroTik, then I think that even if you prove to be initially successful at hiding it, you are going to be living on borrowed time. You won’t be able to get away with it forever.
If I were a company, and some country arbitrarily blocked the sale and use of my products to its citizens, I would have little incentive to try to officially help those citizens smuggle the product in. I just don’t see how that could possibly end well, and I wouldn’t touch that situation with a 10-foot pole…
Maybe approach your government and figure out what it would take to make it possible for you to use RouterOS.

If there is a law, as you say, that forbids using some devices, I am sure that none serious producer would try to foolish the authorities just by removing the brands.
Can you describe in details what, how and why is actually forbidden in relation to mikrotik?
I’m not aware of any country law that would forbid to use our products anywhere. All I can say is, that sometimes there is some misunderstanding that causes you to look for solutions that you don’t need. I suggest explaining the situation to MikroTik Support and we will clarify how to legally use our products without such workarounds.

you know my country has problem with other country or may be other countries got problem with us !! we buy Mikrotik Devices from other countries like UAE or Turkey …
Anyway they said we are unable to use mikrotik devices anymore , it’s not important why ! i don’t care , i just have to find a way that nobody could detect it’s mikrotik device !! physically it’s possible by design another box for routerboard , but i didn’t find a way for software detection
They didn’t do that , but they are going to do … they said mikrotik got security issues and specially its wireless devices making so noise on 2.4 and 5.8 GHZ band
there’s hundred ISP in Iran using mikrotik devices and we should change all Metals , Grooves , SXTs and …
they allow all radio with under 300 mw TX power , that’s the problem , how can i use a 300 mw radio for my 60 KM link !!!
