When I try to program routerboard 260 with winbox, after I click connect button, program sends me straight into web browser. How can I prevent that and use winbox for programming, as described in manials?

You can’t.
RB260 has SwitchOS, not RouterOS. SwitchOS can be accessed by Web interface only (and not Winbox).
