Project for Home and Tenants

Hello there,

I am very new to forums and hope that you excuse me if i dont understand things at first, I am new to Mikrotik and everything i know now is learnt from Youtube and Testing.

I just bought a Mikrotik RB2011 and I would like to set it up to do a few things.

I have two ISP’s coming in, one is Fiber and the other is Wireless. F1 / W1

I would like to connect F1 to Eth1 and W1 to Eth2 and setup a failover to if one goes down the other takes over.

Then I would like to split the F1 into 2 lines with separate Public IP addresses (whats my ip) FS1 & FS2, F1 is 200mbps and FS1 & FS2 will be 100mbps each. and FS1 to exit on Eth3 and FS2 to exit on Eth5

The Wireless connection from ISP2 i would like to Exit on Eth4

But in doing this I would like to allow Eth5 to have access to the failover that Eth3 and Eth4 have.

And in the end of the day i would like to plug into Eth3 and get my first public IP and when i plug into Eth5 i would like to get a second public IP.

My First problem is that i dont have the Fiber yet and was told i would be getting a /28

I would love to sit with someone and run through things even if the IPs aren’t there yet so that when i get the IP’s i can sit and change the settings when they give me the details.

I thank you so much for taking the time to read this and hope that someone could assist me with this. My fullest thank you’s in advance
