I am planning to cover some place 10kmX10km or more
so I am going to install mikrotik rb600a + 4Xr5h(or XR5) + 4Xsector 17dbi antenna. I will install as many station as i can.
I think this is good configuration, I plan one station will take from 50 to 70 users
also for access controll I plan radius with wireless and hotspot
if someone have access point at home this acces point will access mikrotik using radius authentication with wireless and also hotspot, i will see this access point in hot spot active users, and all this task will do one user manager, also for laptops i will use hot spot, but i have problem for hot spot users, some of users are using net cut (hacking software) and such programs, how I can to protect users from this programs, for one mikrotik i know that i can drop icmp packets, change arp to replay only and add arp manualy but i have many mikrotiks and users will move to one place to another so this will not work.
also if someone have any ideas or or remarks please help me before i will began.

At first HotSpot has weak security and You must deal with it as is
If I understand You’ll be using HotSpot on 5GHz? Because R5H and XR5 are 5GHz only…
RB600A is very good choice for 4 sectors… And it’s better with RB600A than RB433AH/UAH because RB600A has better throughput…

And about R5H, XR5 why don’t You take in comparison also Wistron CM11…
We’re using R52H, XR5 and CM11… The best for us was CM11, and we have many R52H dead because of their bigger sensitivity or something like that…

about cards i understand i will take wnc-cm11hp, but about hotspot what you recommend me, this is 5 ghz network so for clients i want to use ubiquity nanostations and laptops can connect with using their own cards,
about security can you tell me what you recommend, becouse i am going to buy many mikrotiks and i need configuration for them,
There are many sniffer programs wich i need to block, but how?
also i clients sometimes can see each other using some programs also i want to block this problem to.

I don’t know is in your network more Nanostations or Laptops because not many laptops has 5GHz cards…
About HotSpot security You’ve already mentioned all security measures, some users use WEP or WPA encryption + HotSpot… So if Your users aren’t hackers You can enable WEP or WPA and give them key…
This will be like little wisp, who will pay he will be able to connect, is user laptop dont have a card i will give them usb wireless card that will connect to mikrotik.
i will give wep and hotspot users but my problem is that
when two user are connected buy hotspot one can run for example net cut (sniffer program) and stop internet to another user. how a can add security and stop all sniffer programs???
