Proper Device Size Question - CCR1036-8G-2S+EM

I am new to Mikrotik devices. I want to make sure I am properly sizing a device for the network and what is on it. I am installing public wifi in a rather large campground. There are 55 access points which will grow to about 75 in the next year. At its peak on a Saturday night holiday weekend, based on historical data provided, 1500 devices on the network ranging from phones to rokus spread out over the entire campus. We have enterprise outdoor access points where we will be doing the bandwidth shaping and things of that nature. The internet connection currently is going to be a 1G fiber connection and likely upgraded to 2G when the season kicks in. I am looking at the CCR1036-8G-2S+EM. The hand-off to it will be a 10G SFP+ GBIC. Is this router appropriate for the information I provided? The only larger one I can see is the CCR1072-1G-8S+, but I am not certain I need that one. Feel free to ask me additional questions to help and thanks in advance for your assistance.
