provide IP's to a remote POP

I am needing a way to provide a few costomers with a public IP that they can use for remote access.

The remtoe site is provided 1 IP by the local cable company. This feeds a mikrotik router that souce nats the customers traffic. I waould like to create a “tunnel” back to another POP that Has IP’s available. The traffic will be light but they need an individual IP not port map. How is the easiest way to set this up? encryption is not important.

Joe, if you have 2 MikroTik routers, you can try to accomplish required scenario using EoIP tunnel.

They are both Mikrotik. One is the V2.8.25 will that work with the new 2.9.35? EoIP?

Also do you know of any, how to’s? I have attempted to make this work but so far I have not figured it out.
