Provisioning of different AP by CAPSMAN

I have a RB1100AHx2 that is a CAPSMAN for 15 Access Points.

The APs are 13 hap AC Lite and 2 RB Metal outdoor 2,4GHz.

Why the provisioning works only with the hap ac lite and the Metal are not provisioned by the capsman.

Is there a way to force the provisioning?

Have Metals CAPSMAN v2 installed ?
CAPSMAN v1 is not compatibile with v2.

Make sure under System > Packages wireless-cm2 is the one enabled. Check also ROS and firmware is up to date.
