proxy, gateway, please help

I have next configuration on lan


Internet (proxy 192.168.2.100 port 8080 with username and password and gateway 192.168.1.100)

PC withh Windows 2000 (routing)

My network

On each client in my network I need to setup proxy and gateway (local ip of PC with windows 2000)


It is possible that I replace this PC with Mikrotik and that I in my network use only hotspot and dhcp.


Pleas explain me, how I can do that.

Use tansparent prpoxy so clients would not have to set proxy at all.
To set default gateway, use proper settings in DHCP.
