The thing that is making me very dazed here is that exactly the same rules are being used by nearly 130 other devices under our administration (all of them RB750 and RouterOS 6.1 or even lower) and this problem isn’t happening. We have already made the following:
Upgrade of OS version (The same problem occurs with versions 5.0, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and the actually being used: 6.3);
Substitution of the device;
Tests with the WebProxy off.
Please let me tell you that this last think made the navigation work, but it’s not our intention to work without WebProxy so I need your help to figure out why does the rules are causing this.
check the IP address is not black listed. You can test by using 750 wan IP on your computer and browse microsoft web page. to confirm that there no problem with the IP.
