I have routerOS Lv5 v4.22 with Hotspot accounts. what the things that I need to do to prtect my network from hackers using netCut or other software.
Many people have Mikrotik Hotspot without wireless encryption so they must has set extra protection from hackers.
I recommend to control more efficiently the way, how clients are physically connected to the network. Then Netcut will not be an issue, as you can remove client connection, as soon as it will start to make problems for you. If there is not way to control physical connection of the client, you have to think about the alternative PPPoE server, which provides more security.
but with PPPoE server, Does normal USB Wifi adapter ( such as ALFA) work with that?
USB Wifi adapter is recognized as normal wireless interface by Windows. I think there should not be any problem to run PPPoE client on it.
