So I actually have 2 problems with hAP ax2 and ROS 7.21.1
First: Streaming game from my PS5 to MacBook Air M2 via 5GHz is extremely laggy. The signal is strong and I don’t have neighbors on that frequency. Look at YT link for example
Second: On Registration tab for wifi1 I see Tx bps >4 Mbps for MBA, but almost 0 in Rx bps for PS5, why?

A signal strength of -77 is not strong, but usable for most things like emails and similar tasks. Above -80 the connection is not reliable and most devices already switch to 2 GHz at around -80. Ideally a signal strength of about -65 or lower would be suitable for your application.

Is your PS5 also connected via LAN? Switching back and forth between LAN and Wi-Fi can also cause this kind of behavior.
On LAN I don’t have such problems, but I can only use WiFi now.
try disable the queue (that involve all) and disable wpa3-psk if all go better
There are also some "weird" things in the configuration that need to be sanitized from one RouterOS version to another...
