Hey guys i m going to install RB433AH With 2xXR2 MiniPci…how much power supply do we need to feed them..
Please suggest me…With Volts and Amp.

RouterBOARD 433AH max power consumption is ~25W.
Standard 1A/24V power supply is enough.

What is the better way to feed this routerboard Via POE or Directly connected adapter ?
My routerboard is 100 feet away so if i want to feed via POE is Standard 1A/24V power supply is enough?

100 feet distance is ok.
Power supply selection depends on extensions cards used in the board.
If you planned to get maximum from board (3 High power cards), I would recommend power supply with 10-25% reserve (+maximum board supports).
Otherwise standard power supply will do the job without any problems.

Standard 1A/24V power, 2 XR2 Cards, One RB433AH…do i face any power related problem with this type of scenario ?
