Hi Frends, I am new on Mikrotik.We have 3 mikrotik AP’s. & from the last few days all my wireless clients getting slow speed & packet drops in the day time. I checked Tx/Rx CCQ value but not more difference between day & night.
1- What is the parameters to resolve this kind of issues ?
2- How a wireless client station can affect the other clients connected to the same AP or other AP too ?
3- How to check our PTMP device giving the good performance ?

I attached a flood ping result. Maximum RTT value of this device will be increased approx 250 in day time.

So how can it affect?

  • competing for air-time
  • consuming lots of air-time by beeing slow (poor signal, low MCS, retransmits)
  • adjacent channel interference
  • co-channel lack of coordination (hidden node problem)
  • other wifi protocol (nv2) unrecognised by others
  • AP probes
  • interference by too high transmit power

etc etc etc
