ptp 23 km problems on stability

i have been install ptp 23 km in 2 locations and it have good dp not more than 63dp but there is problem the internet goes down on final destination and going back is not stable i have been put switch netgear gigabit on the first and final destination, what i should do yo make it stable does
RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT help me out or not? in case he well help where i should put it in the first or final destination

does RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT help me with merge 3 lines each one 200mgbs the result will be 600mgbs which device would help me out in merge connections?

What does you mean with 63dp???

What Kind of Antenna do. you use?
What is your allowed eirp ?
What Channel do. you Use? Is It free? Do. you have Double checked this?
