I have setup a ptp wireless link on a distance of 8km. Iam using RB 433AH R52 cards on both ends with 31dbi antennas. The link establishes quite well with a signal strength of -75dbm, ccq 80/85 and thruoghputs 0f 36mbs/36mbps. The problem is that when I carry out a bandwidth test the link drops to 6mbps/6mbps and ccq of 11/16. Iam using ROS4.9. What can you advice

you made the test from the routerboard to the other routerboard? if yes, the test is incorrect, the Bandwith Test tool eats up all resources, affecting the results. You need to run the test from some powerful X86 machine to another such machine.

Dont know why this is happening..
what is your antenna gain ? which is the band you use ?
