Public /29 via L2TP assigned to Eth5?

Hi, New guy here, Exploring new territory and really getting over my head.

So I’m using a 5G connection as the ISP using an hAP ac lite.
I have a /29 Public IP from another provider over L2TP tunnel.
I have successfully created the L2TP tunnel, can ping the remote site from the router.
My goal here is /29 > L2TP > Bridge1 > Eth5 > NIC (where I can either assign these as static)

I am, however, stuck trying to understand and configure the firewall and routing to allow me to achieve this.

I have been searching, my apologies if this is covered somewhere else.
