Public IP for specific PPPoE Client?

Dear Experts,

My ISP has given me 33.221.31.119/29 (Sample) series Public IP and I think I can use 5 public ip’s from them. ether1 is my WAN & ether2 is lan side. I made PPPoE server on lan (IP-192.168.1.1/24), PPPoE Pool 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.254. Now I want to provide a public IP for one of my PPPoE Client with 1Mbps Speed and NAT. Suppose I can use 33.221.31.117 IP as a public IP for that client. Can anyone please guide me the procedure?
