I’m new to Mikrotik but not to networking, I’m having a bit of a challenge setting up my test lab.
My ISp gave me a small block of public IP’s to test, 208.38.xxx.194-198 with gateway of 208.38.xxx.193
All I am trying to accomplish is setup the Rb2011UiAS-RM so to have the wan port with IP of 208.38.xxx.194 and 1 machine on the lan side with an IP of 208.38.xxx.198
I am using winbox but any help in CLI or winbox would be great..
I know I will need to break that IP block down to 2 smaller subnets but I am not sure where to go from here( and I am doing it remotely so I don’t want to lock myself out) Ideally I would like to give out 2 or 3 public IP’s on the lan side but I will stick with one for now.
