Public IP to other routers.

Hi,

I am totally lost.

I have mikrotik that receives a public IP of 196.XXX.XX.1(for example) it sends internet via lan cable to a outdoor wireless which is picked up by another outdoor wireless and from that one its goes into a tenants own router. (He needs a public IP set up for his work.)

So first sending outdoor wireless has a private ip of 192.168.2.1 and the receiving outdoor wireless has a private ip of 192.168.2.2. The tenants router gets a WAN ip that is a private IP of 192.168.88.250, so I assume the mikrotik assigns 192.168.88.XX ips as the private range.

If this makes any sense how do I get my tenants router to have a public ip. Hopefull an easy way.
i know (192.168… and 10.0.0 are private ip ranges)

How the network looks

Internet >>>—196.XXX.XX.1—>>>> MikroTik>>>>(ethernet)>>>>Outdoor wireless (192.168.2.1) >>>>>>>>Receiver Outdoor Wireless(192.168.2.2)>>>>(ethernet)>>>>Router(192.168.88.250)
