Hi,
I hope that this is the right topic into the right categorie.
We have a CCR1036-8G-2S+ with firmware 6.42.6.
On the router we have configured BGP with 3 ranges and a PPP server.
Some of our customers has a connection with the PPP server and gets a IP from the first range.
The same customers have also a virtual server. that virtual server has a IP from the thirth range.
The customers with a PPP connection have internet, everything works great and can reach the virtual server. no problem
The virtual server works also great, have internet no problem.
When the PPP connection goes down on some matter (customer router = power lost or PPP lost) and the PPP connection is back the customer can’t reach the server anymore.
We first must reboot the server before the customer can reach it again. In this case the customer can’t reach it’s telephone SIP server anymore.
We don’t know how to solve this but we can simulate it.
Has anyone a idea what goes wrong ? or can help us ?
