Public vs Private

What is the problem with using public IP address on a private LAN.

Becuase I have two subnets 193.200.100.0/24 and 200.100.1.0/24 with mikrotik on the 193 subnet and the internet.

but the 200.100 subnet cannot ping the MT or connect the 200.100 to the net.

What am I doing wrong pls.

Hard to tell without more detail.

Start with interface print, ip address print and ip route print.

Also, if you have any NAT defined then the output from ip firewall nat print would be useful.
