It would be a courtesy to the customers, to publish a list of known/acknowledged bugs in RouterOS. And, if possible, a guess, when/how it might be fixed.
I have a serious outstanding problem, for which I first of all got unusable explanations like “I can not see how this is possible” or “It is a browser bug” etc., and then, after a lot of explanations to clarify the problem, and my presentation of a simply scenario how to recreate the problem, no more response at all any more.
Having an official “List of known Bugs” at least I would have some kind of feedback, whether my problem is recognized as a bug or not, and when I might receive a solution.
Actually, I am very sceptical regarding this statement.
Of course, I am NOT 100% shure. So I asked to recreate the problem, which will take about 10 Minutes in case you have a running RouterOS system available AND a knowledgeable user. Which I assume should be available at Mikrotik.
My time, I spent already on presenting my very problem, is much higher already.

I simply used the “Evaluation Version” of RouterOS, to carefully check, whether it is suitable for my purpose (hotspot+ads) or not.
And I detected a serious bug.
So obviously my checking is more careful than the tests of the developers.
No wonder, I am an expirienced developer myself. I even programmed a SM-4, in case, this tells you something
Because of use of evaluation version, I can not access the support.
