i have a network with powerline adapters dlink.
I do not see any compatibility with the any exisitng powerline devices.
Is it possible to make them work?
There are some standards about powerline devices by homeplug powerline alliance (not all are compatible with other) and if devices from different vendors adhere to same standard then in theory they should be able to communicate with each other.
But then we all know the difference between theory and reality: in theory there’s none and in reality there’s big difference 
So the safe path is to use powerline gear from single vendor, possibly same standard as well.
