Python API script command

I have successfully connected to mikrotik api using this python script:
After running it I access api cli to send commands to the router.

What I need is sending commands through the python script itself.
So after a succesfull connection, script sends the commands that I need.

How can I achieve that?

#!/usr/bin/python
