Q: Control Bandwidth and block sites for range of IP address

Hi everyone,
:slight_smile:

  1. I want to do bandwidth control ( limit 1 MB) for a range of IP address (192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.199).
  2. I want to block facebook or youtube for a range of IP address (192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.225) and exclude the rest of ip address.
