QoS and Firewall Mangle questions

Hello all, I’m new with RouterOS and need some tips.

QoS: I’ve created a Simple Queue and set the target with down/up limit but i’ts not working, what I’m missing?
Firewall Mangle: Why the traffic counters of my rules are soo inaccurate? Ex: Download something on my PC and the rate/speed is much bigger than as shown in firewall mangle table. Like it was not marking all the traffic or so.

Check if you have fastrack rule in firewall, disable it.
