Qos for Voip for wireless transmission

Hi Guys

There are a few questions that I am still confused about regarding VOIP over a MT wireless cloud

  1. Does WMM help if your wireless network is used purely for VOIP and no DATA?
  2. Does it help to get the voice gateway to reduce the packet size? if so what packet size is best?
  3. Should hw-retries be higher or lower if using 802.11n?
  4. if using Nstreme, what is the best framing policy to use? assuming only VOIP is transmitted over wireless cloud.
  5. Should periodid calibration be turned off or left as default?
  6. would using a faster board, ie RB800/RB433AH instead of RB433, lower latency?
  7. Would using a 10mhz channel be better than 20mhz channel even with the throughput drop?
