QoS make CPU Load 100% ?

Hi all,
i install MT for bridging Router and Qos. When Qos Running, CPU load Become 100% and packet icmp become higher about => 100 - 300 ms ( normal without Qos is =>2-4 ms )
i use :
IBM Server with Dual Xeon Processor 3200
RAM 2G
Hardisk 80 GB
2 Gigabit Ethernet

How much data you push?

I do 1TB per month on a small rb500 with qos and cpu 40-50%

push data about 200 User Online, when i inactive qos my MT Router Normal Again?..there is wrong with my Hardware or MT?

check your configuration for any flaws. maybe some where you cna do something a bit diferent. like queues not for each users but for user groups etc.

yes, inspect all config, maybe you have some bugs there. if possible, use PCQ, it will reduce the number of queues needed

Check your pps, looks like you have BIG pps… mine also like that.. 20 Mbit with 20000 pps, cpu resource is ~ 60-80%
