QOS query

Hi guys,

I have the following router:
mikrotik rb 2011 lrm

I’m looking at splitting bandwidth in two separate areas of an office (5mb + 10mb from a 15mb fibre), can I achieve this with this model?

or use two address-lists and mangle/queue packets accordingly
