QoS - Queue Tree

I still new to MT, wondering the rules set in Queue Tree is applicable to all the users or every single user?

I setup the QoS according to the 2.9 user manual, I not sure about the information displayed is totals usage or single user, because the traffic value show are very low.

Parent=wan
Packet = other
limit at = 512K
max Limit = 2M
Rate = 70-118kbps
Queued bytes = 0
Bytes = 22.4MiB
packets = 123 173

Please help what is all this means?

Did you say what address or address range you want to queuing with this queue, or you say just interface… If you want to control the speed and transfer for each IP address you must write target address

I just use the interface.

Because the IP address was being issued by DHCP, and we would like to control transfer speed individually.

eg,

minimun 128K for each user and control the max use of p2p.
