RouterOS Beginner Basics

I want to install QOS to limit upload of video stream (From IP cam) and to give priority to QOS. We use DSL as WAN connection

I have not many time to implement something functional (I may upgrade the config later).

I have no clue of how it work as I was using Tomato/USB and DDWTR before and their implementation is easier.

I want to read a guide or document to be able to do it in a reasonable time, but want to read the “good” guide.

I’m currently using RouterBoard751g-2hnd

I found this guide, but not sure if it’s actual the thing I need to read to do it.

Can someone comment on this guide or suggest me a better guide? (Normally I use winbox to configure the router)

Most tutorials are not going to do screen shots with Winbox. But if you look close at the commands that are actually being run you can follow along in Winbox very easily.
