QOS What Will Happen With This Setup?

Hello, I am new to Mikrotik(well new in knowledge/understanding).

So I am fighting with QOS for our voip
and I had a script up from someone else
and realized it wasn’t doing anything(ran calls didn’t see counter move)

So I did this with the Simple Queues(see attachment)

My goal is to make our Voip Server first priority before anything else.

Things I see as a possible problem.

  1. Our Voip server is already a part of the bridge via Ether3 and that is put at a lower priority then Voip.
So wouldn’t that make anything on Ether3 lower in priority including the Voip Server that I am trying to make number one in priority?
  2. Is my upload for voip really being made priority on the wan incoming.

P.S. I am willing to pay someone who is trusted on this forum to do some work for us. We are a small grocery store.

Thanks guys

Simple queues as it seems you’ve used them won’t prioritize traffic, just reserve bandwith.

For that task Mangle + Queue Tree is the most common approach, as for proper QoS all traffic traversing the router should be taken into account.
