Quality of RB750

Hi there,

we have bought about 10 RB750 about one year ago. They were placed at several customers on different locations.

Meanwhile 5 of them died, all are having all LEDs on and nothing else. We already had a lot of other RBs but none of them had any problems, they are all working well.

Now we think that it isn’t a good idea to use RB750 anymore because of the high failure rate.

Anyone else expiriencing problems like that?

You should return them to RMA and find out the cause of the failures. Maybe you had power instability?
