i have WAN1 and WAN2 and LAN
i am doing pcc loadbalance
now i need do this:
youtube only on WAN1
www.example.com on WAN2
example = any web site!
please give me the hole new terminal

You still want to leave PCC alone for most addresses - you only want to specify WAN1 for youtube…
Ok - this is a big, big thing to ask - you can probably not get 100% perfect without tools like BGP and so forth…
But basically you can do this - go to a site like bgp.he.net and look up every IP prefix which can come from YouTube.
Then put them all into an address-list ‘youtube’ on your Mikrotik.
Then make another mangle rule just before your current pcq, and it should check that the dst-address-list=youtube, action is to mark the connection for wan1
