Quality of service ready to go best script

Hi there

We have couple of cloud routers each of 65 Mbps 1/1 bandwidth that we would like to implement quality of service
for best bandwidth utilization and best effort

We are not that expert in mikrotik so that we was wondering if somebody would guide us to the best working qos script out there for voip , video streaming , and HTTP prioritizing
